Vote in the Election   Leave a comment

OK, I might not be as old as God but I have learned a few things along life’s path…many are described in my book, “Meet Me Under The Eiffel Tower”.  But, believe it or not, there is one thing I did not talk about in that book (a sequel?): and that is about the obligation to cast a vote in our next Presidential election.

For the life of me I just can’t get over that even though 60% of the voters are women that there will be such a close election.  How can women step back in time to allow anyone other than themselves to decide their path in life.  With men still making up the vast majority of the electoral college we had better step up to the plate and be counted (literally, in the polls in November).  I say they can force women to have babies when they castrate the very men who create and abandon those babies.  But, oh, yeah, we are not voting on that, are we?  Probably because women don’t come close to being part of the DC “system” yet.

Regardless of how any one of us feels about the Right To Life I believe strongly that we women have the Right To Choose what is best for us individually.  We are able to decide what each of us want.  We do not need to enforce our opinion on others.   The very idea that 84% of men in the Electoral Collage can decide whether we are forced to have babies or not is appalling.  What I believe and you believe is irrelevant to anyone other than ourselves.

Let’s not tolerate  those who would silence our voice.

PLEASE VOTE IN THE NEXT ELECTION AND LET YOUR VOTE CONTINUE TO BE HEARD!  To that I say Amen!
